1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ruchi Rush website, subscription service and catering services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Ruchi Rush ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Australian law to use our Services.
3. Orders and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed weekly unless you skip, pause or cancel before the weekly cut-off. You can manage your subscription at any time from your account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is an error in pricing, availability, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Delivery and pickup
We currently deliver across Metro Sydney. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or pickup. Please refrigerate items promptly and follow any best-before dates on the packaging.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for each order unless cancelled in time.
6. Allergens and dietary information
Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, eggs, and seafood. While we take care to manage cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any item is free of any allergen. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may skip or cancel future subscription orders at any time before the weekly cut-off. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right by replacement, credit or refund at our discretion. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, imagery, branding and recipes, is owned by Ruchi Rush or used under licence. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercialise it without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the order to which the claim relates. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on our website. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
